Yoran is a veteran of the Israeli security industry, who brings vast hands-on expertise in sales & technology. Yoran previously served as the CEO of Covertix (Acquired by Microfocus), Managing Partner at Comsec Innovation and VP Professional Services at Comsec Global.
Ravid Circus
CPO
Ravid Circus is a recognized cybersecurity expert, technology executive, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience translating complex risk management processes into scalable, real-world technology solutions.
As the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Seemplicity, Ravid is dedicated to transforming how modern security teams leverage agentic exposure management to combat the threat of AI-generated exploits. Ravid founded Seemplicity in 2020 alongside fellow cybersecurity veterans Yoran Sirkis and Rotem Cohen Gadol, pioneering Seemplicity’s AI-driven Exposure Action Platform that bridges the gap between security findings and fixes.
Before founding Seemplicity, Ravid held key leadership positions at Skybox Security, where he served as both Vice President of Products and Vice President of Customer Success. This rare dual-leadership experience has equipped him with a highly-unique perspective on cybersecurity management. He brings together a combination of deep technical product excellence with practical, hands-on understanding of customer needs and the technology required to support them.
A security practitioner at heart, Ravid intimately understands the technological and operational hurdles that security, IT and DevOps teams face when collaborating to reduce risk. He has built a career around solving these exact challenges, focusing on amplifying human expertise through automation and turning siloed vulnerabilities into streamlined, accountable actions.
Ravid is a frequent author and thought-leader on topics such as exposure management, AI in cybersecurity and security automation, holding several patents in the respective fields.
Rotem Cohen Gadol
CTO
As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Seemplicity, Rotem Cohen Gadol is the driving technical force behind the industry’s leading AI-powered exposure management and remediation operations platform. He is a seasoned cybersecurity veteran with more than 15 years of specialized experience, bringing deep expertise in the design, development, and scaling of complex cybersecurity systems.
At Seemplicity, Rotem leads the engineering and technological vision that allows the platform to process billions of security findings daily. Under his leadership, the company has pioneered an agentic approach to exposure management, including Seemplicity’s innovative suite of AI agents that empower security, IT and DevOps teams to cut through vulnerability noise, prioritizing critical vulnerabilities and dramatically accelerating remediation times.
Prior to founding Seemplicity in 2020 alongside Yoran Sirkis and Ravid Circus, Rotem built his foundation in high-stakes environments. He held key engineering leadership positions at Unit 8200, the Israel Defense Forces’ (IDF) elite cyber intelligence and security division, where he was responsible for developing mission-critical systems. Following his military service, he brought his extensive engineering acumen to Argus Cyber Security, where he served as one of the first engineers leading large-scale system design initiatives for the global leader in automotive cybersecurity.
Rotem is a recognized thought leader in the cybersecurity space, frequently sharing his insights on the intersection of artificial intelligence, big data and the critical need for scalable, automated exposure management with large datasets. He is passionate about giving security professionals their most valuable resource back, time, by transforming remediation from a tedious, manual chore into a streamlined, automated engine for risk reduction.
Ron Gilboa
CFO
Ron Gilboa is the Chief Financial Officer at Seemplicity, where he guides the company’s financial strategy and global operations. Bringing over 15 years of financial leadership experience across the technology and cybersecurity sectors, Ron is responsible for sharpening Seemplicity’s operational discipline and steering the company through its next phase of hyper-growth following its more recent $50 million Series B funding round.
Ron possesses a proven track record of scaling high-growth tech firms and transforming early-stage startups into high-performing enterprises with successful exits. Prior to joining Seemplicity, he served as CFO at Play Perfect, where he led the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth initiatives. Before that, he was the CFO at Perimeter 81, spearheading financial operations during a period of rapid expansion and playing a pivotal role in the company’s acquisition by Check Point Software Technologies. He also served as the Director of Finance for ObserveIT, where he was heavily instrumental in navigating its successful acquisition by Proofpoint, Inc.
Earlier in his career, Ron built his foundational expertise across both venture capital and global enterprise environments. He served as the Group Financial Controller at the leading cybersecurity venture group Team8, overseeing finance and operations across a dynamic portfolio of companies. Additionally, he acted as Financial Controller at Radware, a global leader in cybersecurity and application delivery solutions, where he managed finance and operations across multiple global business units.
With an extensive background in managing hyper-growth, driving strategic M&A activities, and optimizing complex financial operations, Ron brings invaluable insight and strategic vision to the Seemplicity leadership team.
Tony Thompson
CMO
Tony is the Chief Marketing Officer at Seemplicity, bringing more than 25 years of experience scaling global B2B technology and cybersecurity brands. A seasoned marketing leader with a business-first, data-led approach to brand building and demand generation, Tony is responsible for driving Seemplicity’s global go-to-market strategy, elevating the brand, and unlocking new growth through strategic channel partner alignment.
Throughout his career, Tony has built a proven, repeatable track record of value creation, category leadership, and brand transformation. Prior to joining Seemplicity, he served as CMO at Swimlane, where he successfully established the company as the AI security automation category leader. Under his leadership, Swimlane achieved over 4x revenue growth, an 800% expansion in the active sales pipeline, and generated qualified engagement with more than 75% of the Fortune 500.
Before Swimlane, Tony was the CMO at Kemp Technologies, where he was instrumental in repositioning the company as the pioneer of the “always-on application experience.” His strategic initiatives drove nearly 100% revenue growth and paved the way for the company’s successful acquisition by Progress Software.
Tony’s extensive leadership background is rooted in deep domain expertise across the cybersecurity and networking landscapes. Earlier in his career, he held senior marketing leadership roles at marquee technology companies including Silver Peak (now part of HPE), McAfee, Solidcore (acquired by McAfee), Juniper Networks (now part of HPE), SS8 Networks, and Blue Coat (now part of Broadcom).
Known for cutting through the noise in highly competitive markets, Tony excels at building brands that not only perform but lead among customers and partners. At Seemplicity, he is leveraging his expertise in demand generation and category creation to propel the next phase of the company’s global expansion in agentic exposure management.
Tony is a marketing thought-leader who frequently shares his candid insights on cutting-edge yet practical marketing strategies as a guest at conferences and on podcasts. Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Fresno State.
Laurie Haley
VP Sales
Laurie Haley is the Vice President of Sales at Seemplicity. As a seasoned cybersecurity go-to-market leader, Laurie brings over 25 years of experience building, leading and scaling high-performing enterprise revenue organizations.
Prior to joining Seemplicity, Laurie held key senior leadership roles at prominent cybersecurity firms, including Exabeam, Veracode and Qualys. She specializes in bridging the gap between technical complexity and business value, helping organizations turn complex security challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.
Additionally, Laurie brings invaluable client-side perspective to her sales leadership, having previously managed a world-class vulnerability program for CVS Caremark. She has also driven strategic growth initiatives at major security companies including SecureWorks and VeriSign.
Laurie is passionate about mentorship and diversity in tech, and is a dedicated advocate for supporting women in the cybersecurity industry.
Einat Binyamini Gal On
VP Customer Services
Einat serves as the Vice President of Customer Services at Seemplicity, where she leads the company’s customer success, support, and professional services strategies. A seasoned executive with over two decades of experience dedicated exclusively to the cybersecurity sector, Einat is deeply passionate about driving customer satisfaction and ensuring that security and DevOps teams maximize their value from Seemplicity’s industry-leading agentic exposure management platform.
Throughout her 20-year career in cyber security, Einat has distinguished herself through her unparalleled expertise in building and scaling both Customer Services and Research & Development (R&D) teams from the ground up. This rare, cross-functional background bridging deep technical engineering with customer-facing operations allows her to intuitively understand complex cybersecurity challenges.
Einat understands the technical realities of customer success and is able to seamlessly advocate for customer needs within the product lifecycle and deliver solutions that truly resonate with modern security professionals.

Tomer Yanovich
VP Product
Tomer is a cybersecurity Product Management leader with over 15 years of experience driving product innovation, vision, and strategy, 12 of them focused exclusively on cybersecurity. He currently serves as Vice President of Product at Seemplicity, where he leads the roadmap for the company’s industry-leading agentic exposure management platform, empowering organizations to automate risk reduction, streamline security workflows, and bridge the gap between security, IT, and DevOps teams.
Prior to Seemplicity, Tomer held senior product leadership roles at Bionic (acquired by CrowdStrike) and Skybox Security, where he shaped product strategy and delivered cutting-edge enterprise security solutions across complex market demands.
Tomer’s product leadership is underpinned by a strong technical foundation. Earlier in his career he worked as a QA Architect and Team Lead, as well as disciplined project management experience from his service in the Israeli Air Force.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Derby and a Practical Engineer degree from Ort Hermelin.
Vered Shalev
VP People & Operations
Vered brings over two decades of extensive human resources and operations experience to her role as VP of People & Operations at Seemplicity. She specializes in navigating the unique challenges of rapid organizational growth, successfully leading global startups from their foundational early stages through high-growth periods and large-scale expansion.
At Seemplicity, Vered leads the execution of the company’s organizational strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with business goals. Serving as a trusted HRBP to leadership, she drives global talent acquisition, employee development, and comprehensive welfare initiatives, while cultivating a strong, inclusive company culture that empowers teams to thrive.
Prior to joining Seemplicity in 2021, Vered served as the Head of People and Operations at Elastifile. Following Elastifile’s successful acquisition by Google in 2019, she served as the Head of People Ops for Elastifile at Google, where she managed the company’s HR integration.
Vered’s impressive track record in the Tech sector also includes holding HR & Operations roles at Ceedo and Cisco.
