Yoran Sirkis

Yoran Sirkis is the CEO and Co-Founder of Seemplicity. He is a seasoned senior executive, team builder and a recognized veteran of the Israeli cybersecurity industry, bringing more than two decades of deep domain expertise bridging cyber technology, sales and executive leadership.

Yoran has been dedicated to revolutionizing how modern security teams operate with agentic exposure management and response. Yoran founded Seemplicity in 2020 alongside fellow cybersecurity veterans Ravid Circus and Rotem Cohen Gadol, pioneering an AI-driven Exposure Action Platform that bridges the gap between security findings and actionable remediation. 

Under Yoran’s leadership, the company has experienced rapid global growth, securing more than $63 million in funding to transform vulnerability management from a labor-intensive bottleneck into an automated, efficient engine for measurable risk reduction.

Prior to founding Seemplicity, Yoran held several prominent leadership roles across the global cybersecurity landscape. He previously served as the CEO of Covertix, where he successfully led the data-centric security company through its acquisition by Microfocus.

Before his time at Covertix, Yoran spent years driving massive growth within the Comsec Group, the largest dedicated Information Security company in Europe with branches in Israel, the UK, and the Netherlands. During his tenure, he served as Managing Partner of Comsec Innovation, CEO of Comsec Cyber Solutions, and VP of Professional Services at Comsec Consulting. In these capacities, Yoran managed all operational and professional aspects of a 100+ person organization, established and operated international business units, and successfully managed the P&L of a multimillion-dollar software and services business.

Yoran is a recognized thought-leader in cybersecurity, serving as an advisor to multiple cybersecurity companies and venture capital funds. He holds an Engineering Industrial Management degree with a specialization in Information Systems.
