Exposure management (EM) has hit near-universal adoption, but almost nobody has it running well. Nearly every organization has a program in place, yet only a handful have seen real risk reduction over the past year, and fewer still would call their approach continuous. That gap comes down to one chain of failure. Asset visibility is unreliable, so the data feeding into EM is fragmented, and that fragmentation stalls out in organizational turf wars over who owns the fix. None of this gets solved with another tool. It takes consolidation, automation, and integration to turn a pile of disconnected parts into one program that actually holds together.
