1. Intelligent Automation and Insights
Seemplicity is enhancing automation and visibility with new capabilities to streamline workflows and improve data integrity. The AI Configuration Page now gives users full control over AI-enabled features, ensuring adaptability to organizational needs. The Year in Review Analysis provides a detailed summary of metrics and milestones within the platform, helping teams reflect on progress and optimize future strategies. For an overview of some of the trends found in the Year in Review data, The Year of Scalable Risk Reduction report is free and publicly available. Additionally, Seemplicity has expanded its integrations and tracking capabilities, ensuring seamless automation and better visibility into remediation workflows.

- AI Configuration Page: Users decide whether to enable AI features in the platform, with AI features disabled by default.
- Year in Review Analysis: Key metrics and milestones for the year are displayed for each customer with the platform. For broader trends and insights, be sure to read The Year of Scalable Risk Reductionreport, now publicly available.
- Ticket Assignee Tracking: Seemplicity automatically tracks who each ticket is assigned to, even if the assignee is removed or changed.
- 52 Additional Integrations in 2024: Over the past year, Seemplicity has added 52 new data source integrations, an average of one per week, empowering customers with broader insights and seamless automation with critical data.
2. Personalization and Customization
Seemplicity now offers enhanced customization options, giving users greater control over platform configuration, reporting, and data management. Advanced users can leverage code-based configurations for flexibility, while admins have increased control over aggregations, scope structures, and SLA settings. Manual findings have also been refined to align more closely with automated data sources, reducing duplication and improving resource management.

- Configuration as Code: Users can configure the Seemplicity platform with code rather than navigating the user interface, allowing advanced users more flexibility and efficiency.
- SLA Customization and Manual Override: Select users can customize or manually override and extend existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for individual findings.
- Aggregation Management: Admins can disassemble Seemplicity’s aggregated findings directly from the details pane. This applies to manually or rule-based aggregations, providing greater efficiency and independence.
- Manual Findings Engine: Manual findings now operate similar to automated data sources, allowing users to upload manual findings and resources to the system while avoiding duplication of findings or resources, and allowing findings to be associated with existing resources.
3. Enhanced User Experience
Seemplicity has refined the user experience by streamlining support processes, improving visualization tools, and introducing features that enhance efficiency. Users can now leverage saved ticket templates for quick ticket creation, access improved support options, and adjust widgets for personalized data tracking and visualization.

- Improved ‘Contact Support’ Functionality: The revamped ‘Help’ section makes it easier to reach Seemplicity’s support team and get assistance right from the dashboard.
- Saved Ticket Templates: When creating a new ticket, users can choose from saved ticket templates with the click of a button, avoiding duplication of effort.
- Custom Widgets: Users can adjust customizable widgets such as pie charts and bar charts to track and visualize key metrics specific to their needs.
